Terms and Conditions
Forsinard Lodge Accommodation only
Thank you for your reservation at Forsinard Lodge. When you make your payment, you are entering into an agreement with us, and we therefore assume you agree to our terms and conditions as stated below. If you have any questions or queries, please request further information prior to payment.

As we are a small homeowner run B&B, the guest’s areas of the house and the grounds are for the use of our guests only. Guests are not allowed to bring any visitors onto our property, without permission.

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Your booking does not include any cancellation insurance.

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund any monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

In order to process your booking, we will need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include your name and contact details and those of any other members of your party. Any information you supply to us may be retained on a database and will be used for the purposes of administrative functions, contacting you about a booking or sending you information about us. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent except in cases where we believe, in good faith, that we have a legal obligation to disclose such information. Wild Arena Ltd is registered with the ICO and is PCI compliant.

Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you are to arrive after 9pm as alternative Check-in arrangements may need to be arranged.

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00am on your day of departure. Your bill for any additions will be payable on departure, if not already paid.

Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause, to the accommodation and its contents. Please let us know of any instances as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice if the damage or breakage is significant. Wilful damage will incur the full cost of replacement or repair. No liability will be accepted for any loss or damage to possessions, valuables or vehicles belonging to guests or others.

We will not tolerate any type of abusive, violent, or unacceptable behaviour towards ourselves or any fellow guest. In the event of any type of incident you and the rest of your party, will be required to leave immediately and the booking terminated. The total amount of the booking will be chargeable.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
Workshops

Wild Arena workshops are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years old and a full paying adult must accompany any under 16’s.

A reservation is confirmed once a booking form and payment is received, and funds cleared. Wild Arena will then confirm your booking via email. Provisional bookings can be held (at Wild Arena’s discretion) for up to 14 days pending completion of a booking form and payment being tendered.

If, for whatever reason, Wild Arena needs to cancel* a workshop a full refund of all monies paid by you to Wild Arena will be made within 30 days of the cancelation, however, Wild Arena will accept no further liability.

Wild Arena reserves the right to change the details of any workshop or postpone the event, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Wild Arena’s control. Any significant alterations will be advised.

All activities and subjects listed for the individual days are subject to change depending on weather conditions and the circumstances of animals or subjects. Wild Arena activities are often organised under the advice of host venues or partners and the safety of our guests and welfare of our subjects is our key priority.

Wild Arena cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for any personal accident or injury. Delegates are respectfully reminded that activities could potentially entail risk or danger and all activities are ENTERED INTO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We strongly recommend that all delegates take suitable care with their own insurance cover against cancellation charges and any other loss or injury.

Cancellations: Once a booking/reservation is made all deposits or fees are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

* A cancellation of an event is where the event cannot be rescheduled to another date, so will no longer be available. If the event can be rescheduled this is deemed a postponement.
Tours

Wild Arena tours are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

ALL deposits paid are not refundable. The due date of the balance payment will be advised to you by Wild Arena upon confirmation of your booking and the receipt of your deposit.

Unless cancellation is received prior to the balance payment date, all monies owing will remain due and payable. It is your responsibility to ensure necessary insurance is in place to cover this eventuality.

If, for whatever reason, Wild Arena needs to cancel a tour a full refund of all monies paid by you to Wild Arena will be made within 30 days of the cancelation, however Wild Arena will accept no further liability.

Wild Arena reserves the right to change the details of any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Wild Arena’s control. Any significant alterations will be advised.

Some tours to islands or other remote places may involve the use of transport (such as boats) which could be delayed by bad weather, high seas of other circumstances. We will be pleased to assist you in practical terms, but we are unable to accept responsibility for costs that might be incurred should your return be delayed at the end of the tour or need alternative accommodation at the start of the tour. It is therefore recommended that delegates take out their own insurance cover against such eventualities.

Tours to islands and other remote places have limited medical facilities and there may be delays in gaining assistance or supplies. Please inform us if health issues which may be a problem, but you are responsible for taking adequate supplies of medication and ensuring that you have appropriate insurance cover in case of emergency.
